Language (ASL) having worked for Deaf Community Services for
several years as an interpreter.
Our Deaf and Hard of Hearing
clients, who choose to, communicate with Vicki in their
native languages, ASL. The mortgage loan process is explained,
and our customers' needs are discussed in ASL. The mortgage
closing is interpreted.
Family and Friends Mortgage
is committed to making our Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients comfortable
with the process. ASL is a large component of this.
We also refer our clients to
other business that understand Deaf and Hard of Hearing customers'
needs.
